The mini-pitch terrain is a part of the project implemented by the Kingdom of Norway, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Football Federation of Serbia and the City of Novi Sad, which aims to promote sports, competition and regular physical activity. The use of the terrain will be free of charge, and it is up to the local community to organize its rational use, so that the terrain remains preserved and its use made available to as many young people as possible.

With an aim of improving the touristic offer of Novi Sad, the City through the Local Economic Development Office, and in cooperation with the Municipal Economic Growth Activity supported by American Agency for International Development, launched the project titled “Danube Bank Revival”. The City of Novi Sad was provided USD 90,000 donation from the American Agency for International Development MEGA programe for the realization of the project 'Danube Bank Revival'.

City of Novi Sad one of the partners in the WeLive project - "A new concept of public administration based on citizen co-created mobile urban services" approved under the program Horizon2020 of the European Union. WeLive aims to bridge the gap between innovation and adoption of open government services and to catalyse public services by empowering citizens and businesses to directly participate in the design, creation, selection and delivery of some of the public services in the form of mobile apps.

 

The City of Novi Sad is one of the partners in the MobiWallet project  „Mobility and Transport Digital Wallet" approved under the CIP program of the European Union. With the implementation of this project, a pilot project was implemented through the development of a mobile phone application, which provides the user with all information on local public transport. It is divided into three segments:

The City of Novi Sad is one of the partners in the SocIoTal project "A reliable, smart and secure Internet of Things for Smart Cities" approved under the European Union FP7 program. The basic idea of ​​the project is to design and implement tools and solutions that would enable people without sufficient IT knowledge, especially IoT (Internet of Things), to create applications and systems that can benefit them and their immediate environment - the building where they live in, street, neighborhood.

SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The lead beneficiary is the City of Osijek, while the City of Novi Sad is the project partner. The aim of the project is to raise awareness about the importance of the development and use of renewable energy, through joint work, exchange of knowledge and experience and through workshops in 12 cities in Vojvodina, as well as through the creation of promotional material and a demo classroom in the Vocational Secondary School of Electrical Engineering "Mihajlo Pupin".

SHORT PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The lead beneficiary is the Osijek Health Center, while the project partner is the Novi Sad Health Center. The aim of the project is to establish a treatment algorithm and to improve the quality of health care and medical services in the palliative care.

The aim of the project is the development of recreational tourism in the cross-border region, which, as a form of selective tourism, has seen great growth in recent years. The project focuses on the development of cyclotourism, on raising awareness of cycling as an environmentally friendly means of transport and on promoting the Danube cycling region and the Euro Velo 6 international cycling route, which extends from the Atlantic to the Black Sea.

The City of Novi Sad is one of 12 partner organizations from five European countries (United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Serbia and Spain), which has been approved under the CIP Program of the European Union to finance the CLIPS project - Cloud Approach For Innovation In Public Services.

Within the EXCHANGE 4 program, the City of Novi Sad has been approved the project “Provision of Professional Aid to the Local Self-Government Units in the Strategic Planning and Financial Management in the Framework of the Exchange 4 EU Program – Development of the Environmental Protection Program”.
