Projects

Under the IPA Cross-Border Program Croatia-Serbia, funds have been approved for the project "Renewable Energy in Cities" ("REC"). The developer of the project is the City of Osijek, and partners are UNDP Croatia and the City of Novi Sad with the Energy Agency of the City of Novi Sad and the “Mihajlo Pupin” School of Electrical Engineering.

Within the competition of the Provincial Secretariat for Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government, through the Local Economic Development Office, the project “Sectorial Strategies and Efficient Development Management Tools in the Municipality of Temerin and the City of Novi Sad“was approved to the City of Novi Sad and the Municipality of Temerin.

Within the competition of the Provincial Secretariat for Interregional Cooperation and Local Self-Government, through the Energy Agency of the City of Novi Sad and the Local Economic Development Office, the project “Contribution to Improvement of Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings on the Territory of the City of Novi Sad and Municipality of Temerin“was approved to the City of Novi Sad and Municipality of Temerin.

The project of setting up of the site for new investors with GIS of the City is a project ranked first in the Economic Development Strategy of the City of Novi Sad. The City of Novi Sad, through the Office for Local Economic Development, in cooperation with the PC “City Construction and Development”, has applied for and received funding from the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, under the EXCHANGE 3 program, implemented by the Standing Conference of Cities and Municipalities (SCTM) for the project "Web Portal for Investors with GIS".

The City of Novi Sad, through the Office for Local Economic Development, in cooperation with PUC "Informatika" Novi Sad, as a partner, applied under the program "Exchange 3" with a project called "E-Government" (E-government). The program was announced by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia, and is financed by the IPA funds of the European Union funds, the funds in the total amount of 212.710,68 euros, in RSD equivalent.

Град Нови Сад је путем Канцеларије за локални економски развој, у сарадњи са ЈКП „Информатика“ Нови Сад као партнером, аплицирао у оквиру програма „Exchange 3“ са пројектом који носи назив „E-Government“ (Е-управа). Програм је расписан од стране Делегације Европске уније у Републици Србији, а финансира се из средства „IPA“ фондова Европске уније, одобрена су средства у укупном износу од 212.710,68 евра, у динарској противвредности. Пројекат је саставни део пројекта Аутоматизације пословног процеса, из Стратегије привредног развоја Града Новог Сада.
Информационо - комуникационе технологије (ИКТ) за локалну самоуправу представљају шансу да се приближи грађанима и да увећа и квантитет и квалитет својих услуга, да повећа ефикасност и смањи трошкове у јавном сектору, стимулише увођење нових и побољшање постојећих сервиса. Циљ пројекта је да се дефинишу и реализују неопходних предуслова за успостављању Е-управе, утврде и креирају приоритетне електронске услуге и исте ставе на располагање грађанима и правним лицима кроз портал и шалтер за пријем електронске документације.
Увођењем Е-управа омогућава се свим корисницима (грађанима, привредним субјектима, организацијама и др.) да послове пред органима локалне самоуправе завршавају једноставније, брже и јефтиније. Грађанима ће бити омогућено да услуге за које је то погодно користе посредством Интернета и свог личног рачунара, другог кућног или мобилног уређаја.
