Citizens’ Complaint and Open Office

The Open Office is a place where we talk about our citizens’ problems. We strive to improve life quality in our city and therefore we are ready to listen to every citizen’s problem and respond to it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Citizens can adress our Office directly and engage in a constructive dialogue with the City authorities. This way we hope to raise standards of service provision and public engagement in the City life.

In the Open Office we admit citizens, prepare material and study their cases, apply legal and other regulations in processing of citizens’ requests and coordinate city administration, public and utility services to help citizens gain their rights and protect their legal interest.

In the Open Office we are ready to hear and respond to every citizen’s problem, because only with true understanding and commitment we get closer to our main goal – better understanding of our citizens’ needs and changes that will enhance life quality in our city.
