PUBLIC GARAGES

The City of Novi Sad (Concessor) and "Javne garaže" d.o.o. Novi Sad (Concessionaire), on 4th September 2020 signed the Concession Agreement for the construction of four public garages in Novi Sad - 3 underground at the locations of Modena, Banovina and Trg republike and 1 above-ground in Šafarikova Street.

UNDERGROUND PUBLIC GARAGE "BANOVINA"

On September 6, 2024, the underground public garage Banovina began operating.
The garage has an area of ​​6,280 m² and provides 167 parking spaces on two underground floors:

• 1st level: 79 parking spaces
• 2nd level: 88 parking spaces

Of the total number of parking spaces, 9 are intended for people with disabilities, and 8 parking spaces are for electric vehicles.

The City of Novi Sad has provided funds in the amount of 251.4 million dinars for the development of the ground floor space.

UNDERGROUND PUBLIC GARAGE "MODENA"

On June 14, 2022, construction work began on the Public Garage in Modena Street.

The garage area is 9,575 m², and the construction of the garage will provide 267 parking spaces on three underground floors:

• Level 1: 88 parking spaces
• Level 2: 87 parking spaces
• Level 3: 92 parking spaces

Of the total number of parking spaces, 14 are intended for people with disabilities, and 8 parking spaces are for electric vehicles.

ABOVE-GROUND PUBLIC GARAGE "ŠAFARIKOVA / USPENSKA"

The planned capacity of the garage is approximately 350 parking spaces.
The process of resolving property and legal relations is underway.

UNDERGROUND PUBLIC GARAGE AT REPUBLIC SQUARE

The planned capacity of the garage is approximately 400 parking spaces.

The design and construction phase is underway, and the Concessionaire is expected to begin geomechanical soil testing.
