SUPPORT TO THE PEOPLE OF FRANCE

Following the initiative of the Mayor of the City of Novi Sad Mr. Miloš Vučević, adn with the support from the EXIT Foundation, tonight the City Hall and the Petrovaradin Fortress will be illuminated in the colors of the French flag, in solidarity with the people of France.

- Novi Sad wishes to symbolically express its support to the people of France. We are horrified by the terror attacks which took place in Paris, and we feel sympathy with the families of those who died. Each material loss can be recovered, but lives that are lost can never be. The whole world must raise its voice against violence, and we all must send out the message of peace – said Mayor Vučević.
