Improvements made on the state level are very important, in particular the development of legislation which we readily applied on the local level. Our goal is to make Novi Sad, as an important administrative, university, cultural and fair center, a recognizable and one of leading economic centers and most favorable investment destination in the Republic of Serbia, while opening of a recycling plant is a step further in this direction – said prof. According to Mr. Gabriele Frezzolini, Novi Sad was selected from a number of locations considered for the recycling plant, because of its geographical position and good connection with road, rail and river routes, as well as because of the readiness of local government and the Free Zone management to accelerate the process of permit acquisition and help in solving administrative processes.
