NOVI SAD PARTICIPATES IN THE ECONOMY SUMMIT IN THE CITY OF BURSA

In the Turkish City of Bursa the 3rd Balkan Economic Summit RUMELISIAD is taking place. This summit is a meeting place for businessmen and cities from Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Croatia, Montenegro and Serbia with the aim of strengthening economic ties between the countries of the Balkans.
The representatives of the City of Novi Sad, member of the City Council in charge of Economy Goran Sečujski, MSc, and advisor to the Mayor Dragoljub Samardžić, are attending the Summit at the invitation of the Mayor of Bursa, Recep Altepe.

- The City’s participation in this event is of great importance, since it brings together the representatives of state bodies, as well as businessmen from various Balkan countries that have a common goal, which is to stimulate the economic development. The exchange of experiences and ideas in the frame of enhancing better synergy between the public and private sectors in order to achieve better economic results is of invaluable importance for all participants of the Summit - Goran Sečujski, MSc, said.
